A road trip, in which a crackly car radio, tuned into 2 stations, spit the words, Simple Earnest Plea. The automobiles driver, jotted the fore mentioned name and the journey continued. SEP is Kevin Breit's debut recording as a singer. He has worked with many fine singers, Rosanne Cash, Norah Jones, k.d Lang, and many more.
Having always had a tight connection and respect for the storyteller, Breit made the decision to interpret his own words with his band, Folkalarm. Recorded in Toronto in the winter of 2009.
